In many religions traces of "Bodo" can be found. The Reason might be the origin and meaning of the stem of "Bodo" in the indoeropean language: The Meaning of *b(h)eudh: awaken, to be awaken – in sense of "to be enlightened".

There are also Hints that the german word for praying (beten) seems to have its origin in that same indoeuropean root (*bheudh, -->old sax. biodan,-->german. bieten, beten).

And we'll also hear from a celtic god "Bodo" who lived in northern Spain ...
